Now that the Great Kazan BRICS+ Summit is over, and the vampires are back home, all snug in their coffins with visions of multipolarity dancing in their heads, it’s time to take a look at the results.

Lucky for us, the vampires always make bold declarations to let us know their real intentions.

Before we get into that, we should mention the summit had two partners: Chinese car manufacturer Hongqi, created by Mao Tse Tung in 1958, making it the oldest car manufacturer in China. Hongqi in Mandarin means “red flag.” This is sublime irony because there sure are a lot of red flags at the BRICS+ multipolar love fest.

For some more irony: Hongqi’s first car was a copy of a 1955 Chrysler and it was only available for Communist Party top brass. Nothing says “communism” quite like copying an American capitalist car and not allowing the proles to drive it.

The other partner is the Russian state bank, Sberbank who are listed as a strategic financial partner. The Russian Federation is the principle shareholder of Sberbank, owning 50% plus one voting share of the bank’s authorized capital.

Hermann Gref is the CEO and chairman of the executive board. Gref has been a member of the board of directors of such state-owned companies as Gazprom, Aeroflot, Rosneft, Svyazinvest, and Yandex.

In 2020, Sberbank did some rebranding. In addition to changing the logo and shortening its trade name to “Sber,” the company announced the transformation of the bank into an “ecosystem.” Sberbank decided to become “more than a bank” and began to develop various services, mainly digital: online cinema (Okko), music (SberSound), food delivery (SberMarket), cloud storage (SberDisk), taxi (Citymobil).

Sberbank has also opened up pharmacies at its locations, and it also produces its own generic copies of pharmaceutical drugs.

Last year, Sberbank's revenue from the non-financial sector amounted to 71.4 billion rubles ($737,832,000 USD).

Sberbank CEO Herman Gref is also a trustee of the World Economic Forum:

Sberbank subsidiary, Immunotechnologies was created in May 2020, and it was given exclusive rights over distributing Sputnik V toxic waste injections to Russia’s regions. From the Russian edition of Forbes magazine:

“In April Sberbank announced that they will direct more than 3 billion rubles to fight the coronavirus pandemic. The funds will be used to create and manufacture vaccines and drugs against COVID-19, as well as to supply medical equipment and personal protective equipment. The money was sent, including to the Federal National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology named after Academician N. F. Gamalei and the State Scientific Center for Virusology and Biotechnology.”

Sberbank is also partnering with the Russian Federation in data mining and cryptocurrency. From the website of Russian data company BitRiver:

As part of the BRICS Business Forum, on October 18, 2024, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and BitRiver, Russia's largest data center operator (COD) for energy-intensive computing and an importer of computing equipment, announced a partnership for joint implementation of projects on the introduction of artificial intelligence technology (II), increasing Russia's share in the global market of computing power and the construction of data centers.

BitRiver's portfolio currently includes 21 operating data centers in Russia and another 10 data centers are under construction.

Cooperation between RDIF and BitRiver is aimed, among other things, at realizing opportunities for the construction of data centers in the BRICS countries and forming relevant partnerships.

Mining – is not just the foundation for a digital economy. If Russia catches up with the United States in such a fundamental industry of the digital economy as mining, this means that they can no longer ignore our country.

I can think of a lot worse fates than being ignored by the United States, but hey that’s just me.

RDIF CEO Kirill Dmitriev is included in the list of “Young Global Leaders” members of the World Economic Forum. He was educated at Stanford and Harvard because, according to his bio: In the early 90s, the “civil diplomacy” program was popular in the post-Soviet space. That's how the young man met the Americans who were visiting his family.

When Dmitriev was 14, he was sent to live with “friends of his parents” in California, where the host family and Dmitriev convinced administrators at Foothill College to enroll him.

I have 10 rubles that say the Americans who were visiting his family were CIA agents. Any takers?

After graduating, he went to work at Goldman Sachs and McKinsey and Co. Not sure how much further up the Deep State’s ass you would have to get before people start to suspect you are a Deep State operative.

THE DECLARATION

The Russian Kazan Summit website posted a 32-page declaration on October 23, before the meeting was even over. You might be tempted to think it was written ahead of time, and there really wasn’t any discussion or debate at the BRICS Summit, because the BRICS overlords already planned everything months in advance and the useful idiots who attended were only there for a free lunch. But that would be conspiracy theory and crazy talk!

Right out of the gate, the BRICS+ reaffirm their “commitment to the BRICS spirit of mutual respect and understanding, sovereign equality, solidarity, democracy, openness, inclusiveness, collaboration and consensus.” See I told you so, it’s all about peace, love and understanding, and not about a sneaky global takeover by bipolar—oops I meant to say multipolar sociopathic monsters.

The declaration continues to reaffirm several commitments:

We reaffirm the Charter of the United Nations (UN) as its indispensable cornerstone, and the central role of the UN in the international system

We stress the universal and inclusive nature of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its Sustainable Development Goals

That’s a coincidence, because the World Economic Forum made a “strategic partnership” agreement with the United Nations: The United Nations and the World Economic Forum are committed to accelerate implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development - the world’s plan for peace, prosperity, and a healthy planet.

If they all have the same goals, does it mean they are all working together? The 5D Chess crowd insists that the crafty Putin and the stealthy Jinping are just pretending to be implementing all the UN Sustainable Goals. They are just playing along with the globalists until they can slide in their own beautiful BRICS and save the world.

The globalists are not smart enough to see the ruse, even though they are monitoring the digital communications of the whole planet. We acknowledge the G20 Call to Action on Global Governance Reform launched by Brazil during its G20 presidency.

At the Brazil meeting, the G20 member countries committed to reform the global governance. In the document, the countries commit:

• to changes in the UN Security Council, by adding new members

• to change the World Trade Organization

• reform the quotas of the International Monetary Fund

• and to support discussions on taxing billionaires.

The World Economic Forum agrees with this plan. From a 2015 article:

We support a comprehensive reform of the UN, including its Security Council, with a view to making it more democratic, representative, effective and efficient, and to increase the representation of developing countries in the Council’s memberships so that it can adequately respond to prevailing global challenges and support the legitimate aspirations of emerging and developing countries from Africa, Asia and Latin America, including Brazil, India and South Africa, to play a greater role in international affairs, in particular in the United Nations, including its Security Council.

The multipolar world cannot emerge or exist, until two things happen: The world financial system abandons the US dollar as the reserve currency, and adopts a basket of currencies under a new management team; and the United Nations Security Council has to be reformed to include at least a couple members of the BRICS, such as Brazil, India, and South Africa, who represent the Global South.

The United States, France, and Britain, who exercise significant control of the UN security council, will resist this with everything they have because it will be the end of Western dominance. For their own part, Russia and China will only back BRICS members because they want greater control over the United Nations. It isn’t rocket science. None of the United Nations members are proposing a real democratic United Nations, where each nation gets one vote, and there is no permanent Security Council and no veto power.

We reiterate that the objectives, principles and provisions of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), its Kyoto Protocol and its Paris Agreement.

What a surprise—the World Economic Forum also fully supports the UNFCCC and the Kyoto Protocol because they have achieved “near universal membership.”

“The UNFCCC is ratified by the UN’s member states and other “parties”, which take it in turn to host the COP’s annual summit. The first one, held in Berlin in 1995, saw delegates from 117 Parties and 53 observer states. The number now stands at 198 countries – “near-universal membership”, the intergovernmental organization says.”

UN Secretary-General António Guterres skulked over to the BRICS Summit to share his words of wisdom about climate change, AI, digital currency and he proclaimed universal values, like “working as one family.”

But sadly, he is referring to Vampire family values …

We look forward to enhanced BRICS cooperation including through established mechanisms in remote sensing satellite applications for the economic and social development of the BRICS countries, including in support of combating climate change, disaster risk reduction and early warning systems. We encourage enhancing inter-agency dialogue to further explore cooperation possibilities in the peaceful exploration and use of outer space and, in this regard, welcome the statement of BRICS Heads of Space Agencies.

The BRICS Space Agency wants to hook up the existing 1200 low earth satellites, owned by the 5 BRICS nations to share data about “climate change.”

“The construction of the virtual constellation of remote sensing satellites is divided into two stages. The first stage will establish the virtual orbit constellation of the existing earth remote sensing satellites, and the second stage will be the real constellation.”

“In 2023, BRICS countries exchanged information on the survey results of more than 27 million square kilometres of Earth’s surface.”

That’s interesting because the World Economic Forum released a white paper in September of this year, entitled: Charting the Future of Earth Observation: Technology Innovation for Climate Intelligence.

“Remote sensing” is a nice way of saying “spying.” Space agencies all over the world are scrambling to put low earth orbit (LEO) satellites in space in “constellations” so they can conduct 24/7 surveillance of the entire planet in real time. These constellations process data in space, and they need 5G and 6G to process the massive amounts of data received. Anyone believing space agencies are launching thousands of satellites in space for “climate change” or cheap WIFI needs to lay off the hopium and come down to Earth, no pun intended.

These constellations are space weapons.

We support the initiatives of the BRICS R&D Vaccine Center, further development of the BRICS Integrated Early Warning System for preventing mass infectious diseases risks and the operations of the BRICS TB Research Network.

Yes that’s right, the BRICS has its own research and development Vaccine Center. The Vaxx meeting was organized by the Smorodintsev Research Institute of Influenza of the Russian Ministry of Health, which is an affiliate of the World Health Organisation.

Each country presented its achievements in vaccine development, as well as national priorities in the near future for the development and production of immuno-biological drugs. Special attention was paid to the importance of ensuring equal access to vaccines for the prevention of infectious diseases for all countries on a global scale and the need for international cooperation to successfully respond to new challenges, including a coordinated response to threats posed by disease X.”

Disease X is a placeholder name for the next pandemic virus, to be announced soon on a television screen near you. The World Economic Forum has multiple articles on Disease X. A recent one, entitled “Disease X – This is How we Should Prepare for the Next Big Virus” quotes author Kate Kelland, who claims, “You can get a long way towards being able to produce something that will target a novel virus before that virus even emerges.”

Yes, you read that correctly. They are making a vaccine for a virus that doesn’t exist yet. Kate Kelland has written a book, Disease X: The 100 Days Mission to End Pandemics, she outlines Bill Gates’ CEPI organisation’s plans to develop vaccines for the next pandemic in 100 days. The forward is written by Tony Blair, by the way, and Kate Kelland is a paid staff member of Gates’ CEPI organization. Birds of a feather, flock together.

They create endless committees, sub-committees, forums, think tanks, conferences and programmes. They stuff these committees and sub-committees with spineless, pliable men and women who are aglow with the prospect of being part of some vague revolution that they do not even fully understand, partly because they are unable to see the sum total of it from their limited perspective, and partly because they are morally weak, compromised and corrupt. And ultimately because they are flush with cash, along with the status and perks that go with being a member of the Vampire Cult.

In other words, they are pathetic bureaucrats.

The road to hell is paved with bureaucracy and the WEF globalist vampires are consummate bureaucrats, middle managers, micro managers, macro managers, administrators and creeps. They are boring, precise, hyper-organized, and ruthless people, with no redeeming qualities—and that’s the nicest thing I can say about them.
