The Russia BRICS+ Summit is hosted this year in Kazan, the capital city of Tartarstan in Russia—a wise choice due to it being 50% Muslim population—a hospitable attempt to make the new BRICS+ Muslim nations of Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and UAE feel at home. Kazan is a historical city, that boasts the gorgeous medieval Kazan Kremlin—part fortress, part government headquarters and part conference center.
It is also 450 miles east of Moscow, far away from the Not Very Special Military Operation, that is now spilling over into Kursk.
Nothing spoils a party quite like American-made HIMARS missiles raining down on your head.
This year, from October 22-24, five new countries, Egypt, Iran, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia and UAE have jumped on the bandwagon, with a growing list of the Global South nations eager to join the BRICS parade.
We’re still not sure if Saudi Arabia is in or out, but according to Reuters, “President Vladimir Putin has cultivated a warm personal relationship with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and visited him in Riyadh last December, declaring at the time that Russia's ties with the kingdom were at an unprecedented level.”
Putin and MBS having a bromance is triggering the Western media, who have decided
MBS will NOT attend Russia’s BRICS Summit ffs!
This year, one of the keynote features of the Summit is the new BRICS PAY system, which is another step forward in getting off the USD and transitioning countries away from the unipolar Western hegemon. Summit attendees will receive a new BRICS PAY card, pre-loaded with 500 rubles ($5.25 USD), just enough to buy you a coffee and a Russian donut.
And speaking of Russian donuts, the current head of the BRICS bank (NDB) showed up to receive enough Russian donuts to feed a multipolar army.
This is where things go sideways: The current head of the New Development Bank is former president of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff, who was impeached while in office for her party’s involvement with the biggest corruption scandal (Operation Car Wash) in Brazil’s history. Her predecessor, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, was also involved and sentenced to 9.5 years in prison.
After being ousted from Brazilian politics, her next job is head of a bank! Because the best person to put in charge of buckets of money is a convicted felon charged with embezzlement, corruption and money laundering.
I can hear the howls of protest from the 5D chess crowd:
“Dilma was framed!”
“Lula was innocent!”
“Multipolar world is pure and holy!”
THERE’S NO BUSINESS LIKE BRICS BUSINESS
The BRICS Business Forum took place on October 18, in Moscow, ahead of the BRICS Summit: “The member countries of our association are in fact the drivers of global economic growth. And it’s in BRICS that the main growth of global GDP will be generated in the foreseeable future,” Putin said.
These numbers will continue to climb if the BRICS+ keeps expanding:
The BRICS+ expansion represents an expected combined GDP of slightly to $30.8 trillion, enough for a 29.3% global share.
The expanded BRICS+ represents a major chunk of global population thanks to China and India, which together account for almost 3 billion people.
The two biggest populations being added to BRICS are Ethiopia (126.5 million) and Egypt (112.7 million) which represents 3.7 billion people or 46% of the world’s population.
Based on 2022 figures from the Energy Institute Statistical Review of World Energy, BRICS’ share of oil production will grow from 20.4% to 43.1%.
The BRICS expansion will grow the group’s share of global exports (merchandise trade) to 25.1%, up from 20.2%.

From a recent Moscow Times article:
“Putin regularly casts BRICS as a geopolitical counterweight to Western power and influence, although not all of the group’s members, such as Brazil and India, share Moscow’s hard line on relations with the West. The Kremlin has presented the expansion of BRICS as evidence of Western failure to isolate Russia with sanctions over its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Two of the group’s largest members, China and India, have provided crucial economic lifelines for Moscow during the war.”
The theme of this year’s BRICS+ is a similar theme to the WEF meetings in Davos: Strengthening Multilateralism for Just Global Development and Security. We need global cooperation and multilateral agreements, blah, blah, blah …
For a deep dive into the Great Multipolar Reset:
Davos hosts its own sub-meeting of the Global South every year, that coincidentally started the same year as the BRICS Summit. The Annual Meeting of the New Champions (AMNC 2024) took place in Dalian, China this year in June. “As geopolitical tensions and economic uncertainty continue to impact the global economy, around 1,600 leaders from business, government, civil society, academia and international organizations.”
All these think-tanks get together, talk about the identical issues of climate change, multipolarity, Sustainable Development Goals, transitioning to a new economic and financial system (digital currency) and the advent of AI and new technology. And yet, the narrative that the BRICS+ and the multipolar world are engaged in a protracted struggle against the WEF/Western globalists persists ad nauseum within the alternative media.
Probably the most vocal cheerleader of the BRICS and the multipolar world, Russian Eurasianist philosopher literally wrote the book on multipolarity: Theory of the Multipolar World. During Dugin’s speech in Moscow this year, he stated that the multipolar world is “primarily a philosophy.” In the unipolar world, “there are only Western values. Only one political system – liberal democracy. Only one economic model – neoliberal capitalism. Only one culture – postmodernism. Only one conception of genders and family – LGBT. Only one version of development – technological perfection up to post-humanism and the complete displacement of humanity by AI and cyborgs. Multipolarity is an alternative philosophy. It is based on the fundamental objection: the West is not all of humanity but only a part of it – a region, a province. It is not the civilization in the singular, but one of several civilizations.”
SCOTT RITTER: “Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, an ideological divide that has gripped the world, with one side (led by the G7) condemning the invasion and seeking to punish Russia economically, and the other (led by BRICS) taking a more nuanced stance by neither supporting the Russian action nor joining in on the sanctions. This has created an intellectual vacuum when it comes to assessing the true state of play in global economic affairs.”
PEPE ESCOBAR: “It's as if Xi had invoked a Mandarin version of the 1967 American pop classic ‘Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.’ He quoted a Chinese proverb: ‘No mountains can stop the surging flow of a mighty river.’ And he reminded his audience that the fight was both noble - and necessary: ‘Whatever resistance there may be, BRICS, a positive and stable force for good, will continue to grow. We will forge stronger BRICS strategic partnership, expand the ‘BRICS Plus’ model, actively advance membership expansion, deepen solidarity and cooperation with other EMDCs [emerging market developing countries], promote global multipolarity and greater democracy in international relations, and help make the international order more just and equitable.’”
“Though President Putin, they say, is a cautious man, he has done well thus far, even though NATO has stolen much of his country’s reserves and are making all sorts of security headaches for him. All that said, short of NATO pulling off some terrible terrorist outrage or other, BRICS’ October 2024 Kazan is already a diplomatic and economic success and, once the main participants keep their eyes on the diplomatic, cultural and economic prizes that will flow from proper cooperation between them, much bigger prizes await them and their peoples in the years to come, and good luck to the lot of them in all their endeavours.” [Declan Hayes]
“Geopolitical changes and the reconfiguration of economic architecture towards the Global South, under the rapidly-growing influence of BRICS+ (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) on the global stage are driving majority of African States to move away the United States draconic hegemony, its hidden ambiguity and obscurity, as well as rules-based political order combined with authoritarianism. Without much doubts, African States are increasingly showing skyline interest in BRICS+, primarily due to its distinctive-focused objectives including global peace, the strategic development paradigms, food and energy security directions in the 21st century and beyond.” [Kester Kenn Klomegah]
MATT ERHET: “Another paradox which black pilled analysts avoid when advancing their thesis of “Russia and China are a part of the New World Order” is: Why did the Gorbachev-Yeltsin program of unbounded destruction not continue after 2000? Why did so many of those oligarchs who rose to power under the IMF/CIA/Soros 1990s get sent to jail or exiled? And while we’re at it, why were the NED and Soros banned from Russia in 2015?”
[A better question that Matt Erhet and the rest of the non-black pilled analysts avoid like the plague (pun intended): Why did Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa lock down their nations and mandate mask-wearing, social distancing and then forced their citizens to take mRNA toxic waste injections?]
HARLEY SCHLANGER: “The economic hitmen of the City of London and Wall Street are conducting a campaign against Argentina, to prevent it from joining the BRICS. By speculating against the Argentine peso, they are worsening the economic conditions there to defeat the pro-BRICS candidate in the October 22 presidential elections. The strategy comes from the ‘Soros' Playbook,’ which provoked the ‘Asia crisis’ of 1997.”
TUCKER CARLSON: [hands Putin a softball question] “The question is what comes next and maybe you trade one colonial power for another much less sentimental and forgiving colonial power. I mean are the BRICS for example in danger of being completely dominated by the Chinese economy in a way that's not good for their sovereignty do you worry about that?”
ELON MUSK: Elon Musk revealed that US foreign policy is heavily one-sided, eventually weakening the economies of developing countries. The highhandedness of the American government is what’s making BRICS and ASEAN countries ditch the US dollar, he said. According to Musk, the US is punishing developing countries through sanctions, and they are retaliating by ditching the dollar. This puts the US under pressure, as it would have fewer means to fund its deficit in the long run. “Serious issue. US policy has been too heavy-handed, making countries want to ditch the dollar. Combined with excess government spending, which forces other countries to absorb a significant part of our inflation.”
DONALD TRUMP: The infamous troll plays the fool and claims the USA would put 100% tariffs on any BRICS nations that abandons the US Reserve currency. This ludicrous plan would push the BRICS even harder away from the US dollar and worse, it would destroy the American economy … but maybe that is the plan.
For a more detailed look into Trump and the BRICS:
The BRICS+ and its ideological twin, the Multipolar World, are heavily promoted as the only moral voice on the world stage, in contrast with the corrupt and decadent voice of the West.
Meanwhile in the Ukraine, the so-called Special Military Operation has resulted in the deaths of least 500,000 soldiers and civilians so far, with no end in sight. All for the noble purpose of “de-nazification” of Ukraine.
How do you de-nazify a country?
Putin and the Russian government, supposedly the voice of sanity and morality established a series of Fake News Laws, beginning in 2019, allowing The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media, abbreviated as Roskomnadzor, the power to monitor, block and censor Russian mass media.
In June 2009, a wide-ranging investigation by the International Federation of Journalists into the deaths and disappearance of journalists in Russia was published. At the same time, the IFJ launched an online database which documents over three hundred deaths and disappearances since 1993.
In April of 2020, Putin signed into effect the Covid Fake News Laws that were aimed at making illegal any negative discussion of the nature of COVID-19 and the reasonableness of the measures to combat the epidemic. Discrediting the Russian Armed Forces or calling the Special Military Operation a “war” was banned in 2022, punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
In July 2022, a Russian court sentenced a municipal council member to seven years in prison for criticizing the actions of Russian troops in Ukraine. This is considered the first verdict delivered under the so-called “fake news” law. According to OVD-Info, 4,366 people were arrested in 56 cities at protests against Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in April. Further to that, “more than 21,000 arrests and at least 370 defendants in criminal cases for anti-war statements and speeches, more than 200,000 internet resources have been blocked and 11 sentences in cases of state treason.”
SAME CLUB DIFFERENT DAY
Here’s a question you can help me with: Why do all these international think-tanks have the same interior decorator? You’d almost think they are part of the same club, like a club of sociopathic interior decorator/global takeover freaks …
It is not difficult to see that the BRICS+ is a Great Reset of the world’s economy. The West is being intentionally left behind. When one giant mega-empire wants to expand, it can only do so if the other giant mega-empire retracts. There is only so much global pie to go around. The West is going to have to get used to a thinner slice.
Everyone in the West is only too keenly aware of the escalating cost of living, rising housing costs, insane cost of food, gas, heating and rent. The epidemic homelessness is the collateral damage of the transfer of wealth from the West to the East.
While our Western politicians are engaged in a monstrous mud slinging contest—blaming each other, blaming immigration, blaming climate change, blaming communism/fascism/racism, blaming your mom and your dog—the real culprit is the monopoly capitalists who are the architects of this Great Reset.
To the non-black pilled analysts: If the BRICS+ is NOT the Great Reset, then what is?
Is there some other massive restructuring of our entire planetary political/economic system happening on the World Stage?
Insert answer here: _____ [hint: no]
Okay, that’s a wrap.
Just heading for the medicine cabinet for some more black pills … over and out.
Hello 009,
Thank you for another well researched and well written article. You have become one of the voices I trust along with James Corbett, Mike Adams and Amazing Polly. Caitlin Johnstone and David Sorensen almost made my list of favorites, but Johnstone believes climate change is real and Sorensen is a devotee of the big orange man. What is your take on these controversial topics?
With some hesitation I'm going to mention my other two favorites, who are too woo-woo for many people, David Icke and Lise Renee.
I was big into disclosure for about three years and created over forty posts on my website, planetaryliberation.community. I stopped making posts because there were many people doing it better that I could and nobody ever donated a single dollar for my hundreds of hours of work.
The Kazan Declaration. Same bullshit as always.
