Modern atheist science claims only modern atheist science is objective and only objectivity is valid but subjectivity is still valid. It is not necessary for religious experience to be valid to anyone else except for you. Real religion is based on personal experience.
The issue is not atheism vs religion.
It's that there's fanatics on both sides that refuse to see reality and live in a fantasy world.
Whoever is adamant that there is a god or there is no god fails to understand that it's not provable nor improvable.
As Robert Anton Wilson said "I believe nothing".
Belief in the unknowable is a delusion, whether it's about god and heaven or transhumanism and the singularity.
God is provable and knowable, just not by science ... existence or non-existence is a mostly futile philosophical argument.
What you think is god is provable and knowable to you. If I have an experience, it's proven to me. That's not objective, it's subjective.
As for science, we all know how they love to believe in bullshit like quantum theory and big bang, both atheist versions of fantasy realities.
It's hilarious when I see scientists believe in dark matter and dark energy just because they needed it to fulfill the big bang theory.... 😂

Like I do with anything, I respect when people believe something that I don't. I have friends that believe all kinds of things.
My problem with atheism and religion is that they insist in telling non believers what to do.
George Carlin made a great joke about it and we can throw scientism into it as a "god" too.
"My god has a bigger dick than your god"
Power games based on subjective beliefs are the exact thing that causes all of the hell on earth like wars, democide, etc.
