Seems to me that technocrats are brain-damaged and have autism-like thinking and obsessions. They cannot handle human irrational and unpredictable behaviour and they are obsessed with predictability and control. The fact that technocratic ideology may be sprouting from injured brains should tell us it's so unnatural that it will never work.
